- Architected a Kafka messaging platform that decoupled legacy dependencies and let a sub-team ship independently.
- Held a zero-data-loss bar on high-volume traffic, with fault-tolerant consumers and explicit contracts.
- Modernized PHP backends to Node.js and Titanium clients to React Native. Better API latency, tighter releases.
- Installed unit-test gating and review standards that reduced post-release incidents.
